Picture above - top brush is the Multiplier and below is Benefit's They're Real.
Whilst wandering/loitering around Boots waiting for Michelle to meet me when it was Soap and Glory's Gift of the Week, I decided I needed a new "going out" mascara. Now by going out I obviously mean - the mascara you keep in your handbag - you know the really cheap one you wouldn't be bothered about losing. Now when it comes to going out mascara I prefer my mascara to be wet - not too wet, but not dry. I'm like the goldilocks of mascara's.
Anyway I picked up this Collection 2000 (I refuse to call it Collection) Multiplier Mascara and I've been very impressed with the results. I'm quite lucky to have long eyelashes so I never ever bother to wear fake eyelashes, so for me the more mascara the better. I wouldn't say this mascara makes a difference in volume however they do look more defined.
If you are looking for a purse friendly dupe for Benefit's They're Real mascara I would recommend this - however I will warn you - this will not have the same impact as Benefit's. As you can see the brushes are pretty much identical - bar Benefits having that teeny bit on the end (you would be none the wiser in that picture above as its covered in mascara- FAIL), and Benefit's is slightly wetter in texture.
Normally on nights out I am always touching up my mascara - don't know why I do it but I do. Now don't fret as this has been done in the name of "research" and not due to my love of spider lashes. This easily comes off with my Boots Botanics Eye Make Up Remover (note old formula). If you are looking for a cheap mascara I would definately recommend this.
