17 Photo Flawless Foundation

17 Photo Flawless Foundation (Fair)- £6.49 Boots.

I'd realised I'd had this post in my drafts for months and months and hadn't gotten around to writing the post up even though I use this foundation on a regular basis. Initally when I purchased this I was actually looking at purchasing the Revlon foundation however as it was on 3 for 2 and I needed a back up of my favourite mascara 17 Wild Curls I decided to pick up one of these to try and their Miracle Matte foundation (horrid). One massive problem with foundations for nights out is the fact that the spf content causes the dreaded white flash back face on photos, so you would think with a name "Photo Flawless" spf would be absent- no its there in all its glory.

The foundation itself is a brilliant medium-heavy coverage foundation which with primer lasts me a good 6-7 hours without the need to use any power. As the product is quite thick one pump is all what you need for full face coverage, so this product will last a while. I think my label on the bottle must be wrong as I picked the shade "fair" and this is way too dark for my natural NW20 skin shade and is better suited to my NW25 skin shade when tanned. Normally this is the foundation of choice when I'm wearing fake tan.

Like all my liquid foundations I apply this with my Real Techniques Stippling Brush over the top of my primer (normally Benefit's The PoreFessional), however I've yet to try it with my new favourite primer which I recieved from the #LeedsBloggerMeetUp. Currently all 17 products are on buy one get one half price, so if you're stuck on what to buy in Boots its worth giving this a try. The offer is also avaliable online.
